В новелизации поединок МН с Тумой происходил иначе, но Грег всё равно канонизировал рану на спине Тумы и даже расписал, как тот её получил. Создатели фильма не знали, что топор Стракка сделан из эксидиана - самого крепкого металла на Сферус Магне, поэтому для сюжетной связки спокойно написали, что меч Аккара сделан из кости. Фанаты же знали о первом факте, поэтому поспешили уточнить, что, может, у жителей Сферус Магны металлические кости? Канон? Канон. Рандомная деталька, которую подобрал Берикс у Тезары, добавленная только ради сценки воровства, получила звание "церемониального щита тезаран". Комнату ВМ из заставки тоже сделали реальной, а не рандомно нарисованной ребятами из "ТТ", которые ничего не знали о сюжете франшизы.
